How to get Services in alphabetic order

Hello,

Since I made the mistake of subscribing to Norton 365 Deluxe, the services keep getting shut off for both Google Updater Services. I cannot add tools.google.com or dl.google.com to Norton's Allow List. Its built-in Genie cannot answer that question either. Both Google Updaters keep getting shut off in Services. I'm 100% positive that Norton 360 Deluxe is resposable. Norton 360 Deluxe deleted over 500 passwords from the NPM. It happened when Norton accepted my License Key to register Norton 360 Deluxe, it re-encrypted my NPM. I really do not like talking to a support agent in India or Pakistan. Does anybody out there know how to get the names in Services in an alphabetical list? I guess Norton has something to do with that one, too.

Thank you for your attention to this matter,

Barry

In the Windows Services console, the services list is already sorted alphabetically by default by the Name column. If it is not appearing that way, it can be re-sorted with a single click:

    1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
    2. In the Services window, locate the column header labeled Name at the top of the list.
    3. Click once on the Name column header to sort the services alphabetically (A→Z).
    4. Click the Name header again to reverse the order (Z→A) if needed.

If the list appears grouped or out of order, clicking the Name header will override that and restore a simple alphabetical list by service name.
