Whenever I wake up my Windows 11 PC from sleep, task manager automatically opens even if i end it’s task before putting PC to sleep.

Run the Autoruns tool as Administrator.
Go to Options > Scan Options.
Click Rescan.
Then, click Windows + F key, type taskmgr and click Find Next.
It will highlight/show you every single place where the Task Manager is registered to run automatically.

Sorry, it is CTRL + F (to open Find menu)
I did that and it didn't find anything with "taskmgr" in it
Nevermind i found the problem. It was pressing space bar or enter to wake up the pc which registers an input to the top of the start menu and opens up my task manager
