SharePoint Quick Links Disappearing / Not Clickable

Hi!

Recently, we've been experiencing an issue with SharePoint pages, specifically with the quick links components. The issue is that after adding a link, it works when we republish the page, but once we refresh the page, the component becomes unclickable and the link disappears. This doesn't happen on every quick link component, but today we noticed the same problem on another page. Has anyone encountered this issue before, or know of a workaround or what might be causing it?

I tried to replicate your scenario on my end, and the Quick Links were still accessible after refreshing the page.

To better understand your situation, may I kindly check on the following details?

1/ Which source did you use when adding the link?

2/ Have you noticed the same behavior in other browsers?

3/ Is there any common pattern across the Quick Links that are affected, such as the file name, file type, or URL?

From what I have been able to gather so far, one potential step that may help is renaming the file.
