Follow these steps in order, testing sign-in again after each step:
- Clear Edge cookies and cached credentials
- In Edge, go to
edge://settings/privacy. - Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Set Time range to All time and select Clear now.
- Close all Edge windows, reopen Edge, and try signing in to the Foundry Blog again.

- Verify Microsoft account sign-in works outside the blog
- For personal accounts, go to https://account.microsoft.com.
- For work or school accounts, go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com.
- Confirm that sign-in completes successfully and there are no MFA or password issues. If sign-in fails here, reset the password or contact the administrator as described in the documentation.
- Check for cookie/security zone issues causing a sign-in loop
If the sign-in page appears to refresh or loop and never completes:
- Make sure the following sites are not in the browser Trusted sites list, or if policy requires one of them to be trusted, ensure all are added so cookies can be shared correctly:

- After adjusting the trusted sites list, restart Edge and try again.
- Make sure the following sites are not in the browser Trusted sites list, or if policy requires one of them to be trusted, ensure all are added so cookies can be shared correctly:

edge://settings/profiles. - Confirm the profile is properly signed in.
- If there are multiple profiles or accounts, sign out of the one having issues, then sign in again.
- If the problem persists with a specific profile, remove that profile (this deletes local data that is not synced) and create a new profile, then retry sign-in to the Foundry Blog.

If the issue continues after these steps and only affects the Microsoft Foundry Blog (while other Microsoft sites sign in correctly), collect diagnostics (Edge version from edge://settings/help, policies from edge://policy, and identity status from edge://identity-internals/) and contact the site or organizational administrator with these details.
