Teams Premium is an add-on license.

What license do you currently have? A base Microsoft Teams license, is required before you can add the Teams Premium. Base license can be:

Microsoft Teams Essentials

Microsoft Teams Enterprise

An eligible Microsoft 365 or Office 365 plan that includes Teams

Hi Crossroads Sales LLC,

To purchase Microsoft Teams Premium for your business, you need an existing Microsoft 365 or Teams license and then add Teams Premium as an add-on subscription. Teams Premium is not a standalone product.

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Go to Billing > Your products > Add more products or go straight to Marketplace tab.
Search for Microsoft Teams Premium.
Select the number of licenses you need and complete the purchase.
After purchasing, assign the Teams Premium licenses to the appropriate users under Users > Active users.

If you buy through a Microsoft partner or reseller:

Contact your Microsoft partner and request a Microsoft Teams Premium add-on license for your users.
The partner can purchase and assign the licenses on your behalf.

Teams Premium adds features such as:

Intelligent recap and AI-powered meeting insights
Live translated captions
Advanced webinar capabilities
Enhanced meeting security (watermarks, advanced protections)
Virtual appointment enhancements and branded meeting experiences
