I can't remove an org invite from my personal teams

I will organize the information again here in the hope that it can help you resolve this unexpected issue.

1/ Clarify why you joined this organization

To clarify, under normal circumstances, you need to accept an email invitation from an organization before your personal account can join it. Therefore, it is possible that you accidentally joined the organization.

You can copy the organization's domain and search for it in your Outlook mailbox to look for the invitation email from that organization and decline it if it is still available.

2/ Contact the IT administrator of this organization to remove your account from their tenant

However, in this case, since I can see that you have an email address from this organization, you have another option: contact them directly by email and request that they remove your account from their tenant by following the guidance below.

*If you can search online for the organization's IT department and look for an appropriate contact email to request assistance.

3/ Another workaround

Besides that, I would like to provide the article that I referred to, along with the detailed guidance below:

(This is a different section from option 2, but it is from the same article.)

If you're using a personal account or email one-time passcode authentication, you'll need to use a My Account URL that includes your tenant name or tenant ID. For example:

https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=contoso.onmicrosoft.com 

or 

https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=aaaabbbb-0000-cccc-1111-dddd2222eeee

*In this case, I see that you have the tenant name, so you can just replace the tenant name in the following URL:  https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=_____ 

and open the URL in private mode (Ctrl + Shift + N). 

After that, you can continue to follow ***"steps 2 and 3"***in the image below to leave the organization that you mistakenly joined. 

If the issue still remains after trying all the steps above, please share a screenshot or provide more detailed information. I will check the situation and continue to support you.

Hi Eric,

I'm going to run through a few steps with you. Some of these are diagnostic — they help me narrow down what's wrong, not fix it outright. So if nothing changes after a step, that's normal and expected, not a dead end. I'll keep going until we've got this resolved.

I think Microsoft has not exposed a database of the same on the frontend so you can remove the invites.

Could you please go to Microsoft Teams > Settings > Accounts and Orgs, and try deleting from there? Use the decline button if shown.
