    Hi,

Being a student in Thailand does not by itself appear to be the issue. Microsoft currently lists Azure for Students as available to full-time university students and provides USD $100 in Azure credit without requiring a credit card.

If you're seeing "You are not eligible for an Azure free account", I recommend checking these requirements:

Make sure you are signing in with your university email address (@lamduan.mfu.ac.th).

Confirm that you are currently enrolled as a full-time university student.

Make sure you have not already used an Azure for Students subscription. Microsoft limits this offer to one account per person.

Try signing out of other Microsoft accounts and open the Azure for Students signup page in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.

If your university email is not accepted for verification, check whether Microsoft asks you to provide additional student verification.

The Azure for Students offer currently provides USD $100 credit, with no credit card required.

If all of these conditions are satisfied and you still receive the eligibility message, please provide the exact error shown during signup (without posting your email address or other personal information). That would help determine whether the issue is with student verification, an existing Azure subscription, or account eligibility.
