IP Geolocation Correction Request for Subnet 145.63.192.0/20

Hello Microsoft Entra ID Team / Community,
We recently acquired and announced a new IP subnet for our Autonomous System (AS196954). However, Microsoft's internal geolocation telemetry still maps this range to the wrong location, causing issues with Conditional Access policies and logins for Microsoft 365 / Entra ID users.
Could you please update the internal geolocation database for our subnet?
Subnet Details:
- IP Range / Prefix: 145.63.192.0/20
- Current (Incorrect) Location: Netherlands
- Correct Location: Germany / DE Vreden 48691 / NRW
- ASN: AS196954
Verification & Feeds:
RIPE WHOIS records have already been updated.
Major GeoIP providers (MaxMind, IPinfo, etc.) have updated their databases.
- RFC 8805 Geofeed URL: https://epcan.de/ips/geofeed.csv

To report and get this listing fixed, best approach would be to go to Support / Help & support in Admin Center of your tenant (https://admin.cloud.microsoft) and open a ticket under Entra ID / Conditional Access / Sign-in - location issue
(add all the info you posted above)
That will get the info routed to the correct team to fix this

Please note that we are an Internet Service Provider (ISP), so this incorrect IP geolocation issue impacts all of our customers across various organizations, not just my individual account. This is why I am reaching out via this forum, as I do not have direct Microsoft Support access to open a tenant-level ticket myself.
We would really appreciate it if the engineering team could look into this and update the location mapping for our IP range."

I checked the IP range for 145.63.192.0, and the correct location is confirmed as Germany, with the city as Vreden . I’m currently checking this with the internal team to raise a support request with the product team and get it resolved. Once it’s resolved, I’ll share an update.
