Azure for Students – “You do not have access” during student verification

Hello,

I am a full-time engineering student at ENSA Safi, Morocco.

I am trying to register for Azure for Students with my personal Microsoft account. I correctly provided my official academic email address from my university and completed the academic verification form.

However, Azure displays:

“You do not have access. Sorry, our systems are detecting a problem with your account and we are unable to validate your access.”

I have no Azure subscription, so I cannot create a normal Azure support request. When I try to access Microsoft Support, I am redirected to Engage Center, where my account has no access.

Could a Microsoft moderator please review my Azure for Students eligibility/account and advise how I can complete the verification?

I can provide proof of enrollment or a student ID privately if required.
