Hello

I would like to download the Recurring Meeting Attendance Report. Unfortunately, only the report of the last meeting is visible.

Thank you for your support.

    Hello @Ellis Nova

In Microsoft Teams, each meeting in a recurring series has its own attendance report. Teams does not create one combinnds, the report is posted in the chat. Scroll back to the date of the earlier meeting to find and download it.

1/ Find it directly in chat:

    • Open Teams.
    • Go to Chat.
    • Open the chat for the specific past meeting occurrence you want to review.
    • Select the Attendance tab.
    • Click Download to export the attendance report file.

    2/ Open the calendar entry:

Go to Teams -> Calendar -> select the past meeting -> look for the Attendance tab -> click "Download".

3/ Download right after the meeting:

To avoid losing reports, save them immediately after each session.

For recurring meetings, Teams creates a separate attendance report for each meeting instance in the series. Organizers and co-organizers can access those reports from the past meeting or event chat about five minutes after each event ends.

    To get earlier reports:

    1. In Teams, select Chat.
    2. Open the past meeting or event chat for the specific occurrence in the recurring series.
    3. Select the Attendance tab.
    4. Select Download to export that occurrence’s report as a .csv file.

    Important limitations:

    • Each recurring meeting instance has its own unique attendance report.
    • If only the latest report is visible, access is limited to the specific past meeting chat for each occurrence.
    • Only organizers and co-organizers can view and download attendance reports.
    • Co-organizers can only access reports for events scheduled in Teams, not Outlook.

If the recurring meeting was scheduled in Outlook and access is needed as a co-organizer, only the organizer can download the reports.
