    Hello Bony,

    Kindly note that this issue is mainly caused by one of the following 3 elements.

    Either your phone number is already attached to another Azure account, your credit card is already used before to activate an Azure Trial account, or your email address which looks not the issue here. So, you will need to confirm either your phone number and credit card are used before for any Azure accounts or not.
