    Welcome Abhishek Singh,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

This usually means the System Reserved Partition (SRP) does not have enough free space for the upgrade process.

Before suggesting more advanced fixes, could you please confirm:

    1. Is Windows 10 currently starting and working normally?
    2. Open Disk Management (press Windows + X > Disk Management) and tell us:
      • How large is the System Reserved partition (typically 100 MB, 350 MB, 500 MB, etc.)?
        • Is your drive using MBR or GPT partition style?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks:

    1. Open Settings > Windows Update and install all available Windows 10 updates.
    2. Disconnect any external storage devices (USB drives, memory cards, external hard drives).
    3. Run Disk Cleanup:
      • Search for Disk Cleanup
      • Select drive C:
      • Check Temporary files and Windows Update Cleanup
      • Click OK
    4. Restart the PC and try the Windows 11 upgrade again.
