Provision Copilot Agents inside SharePoint site using Azure Fucntion using .net core

i want to develop azure function which create a Teams , planner and on the provisioned Teams SharePoint site to provision 2 copilot agents, one which has its source to the built-in shared documents library while the other to a custom list named contracts and show those agents inside the SharePoint site UI .. so can i achieve this inside azure function using .net core ?

You can use an Azure Function with .NET and Microsoft Graph to automate creation of the Team, connected SharePoint site, Planner plan, and custom Contracts list.

SharePoint agents can be created interactively for a document library or SharePoint List and are stored as .agent files. However, Microsoft currently provides no documented public API to create or configure these agents, set their knowledge scope, add them to the agent picker, or set the site’s main agent. Manually uploading a constructed .agent file is not a supported provisioning method.

Therefore, end-to-end automation is currently unavailable. The agents and their site presentation must be configured through SharePoint or Copilot Studio. This is by design / a current platform limitation.

Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit is a pro-code alternative, but it uses a different deployment model and does not create SharePoint-native agents.
