What would cause the Macys website to not open on Chrome, but will open on Edge? I've tried everthing to get it to open.

Could you share the exact error Chrome shows when opening Macy’s?
Also, please test the site in a Chrome Incognito window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N. Let us know whether it opens there. This will help determine whether the issue comes from Chrome’s stored site data or an extension.

When Macy's opens in Edge but not Chrome, Chrome's specific site data, extensions, or security settings are blocking the connection.

Have a similar problem with my recently acquired desktop pc. Been trying searching for game drivers, so l visited a lot of sites that might have caused Bing to stop searching. In my case it's Edge that's stopped, Google works fine.

Certain Operating Systems, almost all of them, have installation requirements that are pre-load that automatically wake up when once the OS is exposed to a network. It also depends on what the OS developers think the end-users will be able to afford.
