Copilot cloud chat history not syncing on iPad

I’m signed into Copilot on my iPhone, MacBook, and iPad using the same Microsoft account and the same sign‑in method. My iPhone and MacBook both show my full cloud chat history, including my most recent conversations. My iPad shows the correct profile name and email, but it does not receive any cloud chat history. I have already reinstalled the app, rebooted the device, and signed in/out multiple times. Please reset or clear the Copilot identity token associated with my iPad so it can receive cloud chat history from the server. My other devices sync correctly, so this appears to be a device‑specific token issue. Thank you.

    Hi Bill Benton,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since the same account and chat history work correctly on your other devices and you have already tried reinstalling the app, restarting the iPad, and signing in again.

Please note forum contributors do not have access to reset account or device tokens on Microsoft’s servers.

Could you please confirm your iPadOS and Copilot app versions, and whether a new conversation created on the iPad appears on your iPhone or MacBook? You can also sign in to Copilot on the web using Safari on the iPad to check whether your chat history appears there.

If the history appears in Safari but remains missing from the app, please submit feedback through the Copilot app and contact Microsoft Support so the appropriate team can investigate the issue further.

I appreciate your patience and cooperation.
