Missing relationship key Microsoft Learn Platform API

Hello Learn Platform API team,

I am evaluating the Microsoft Learn Platform API for a Power BI model covering Microsoft Learn training and credentials.

I have found that the active Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate certification does not provide the expected relationship to Exam SC-200 in the API. SC-200 is available on the public Microsoft Learn website, but the corresponding exam record or certification-to-exam relationship appears to be missing from the Platform API.

I am using the following API version:

2023-11-01-preview

Could you please clarify:

1. Whether the missing SC-200 exam or certification relationship is a known issue.
2. Whether the API is expected to contain all active public exams and their certification relationships.
3. When the catalog data or API will next be updated.
4. Whether there is a public roadmap, known-issues list, or issue tracker for the Learn Platform API.
5. Whether consumers should currently treat certification-to-exam relationships as complete and production-ready.

Because this relationship is missing, I currently cannot reliably include exams and certifications in my data model.
