Hello,

My Microsoft Advertising manager account (ID: K12***02GL6) was suspended, and the appeal was reviewed and upheld due to a cited "egregious violation" of the Terms of Use and policies. The notice didn't specify which policy or which activity was flagged.

I've reviewed the Terms of Use and Microsoft Advertising's published policies and want to fully understand and resolve this. Could someone from the Microsoft Advertising Support team clarify what specifically triggered this determination, and let me know whether a manual/human review escalation is possible?

I have completed Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV) on this account.

Thank you for the detailed response and for confirming the AIV status. I understand you're not able to disclose the specific policy trigger.

To clarify our situation: during our initial appeal we didn't include much supporting information, as we didn't anticipate the appeal being treated with this level of scrutiny. We now have significantly more information and documentation that would help explain what appears to be conflicting information on the account.

However, when we sign in to the account now, we no longer see an appeal button available. Given this, is there still a way for us to submit a new appeal response with this additional information, or is there a different process we should follow since the appeal option isn't showing?
