Microsoft for Startups business verification blocked — French SIREN rejected by 21-character requirement

Hello,

I am trying to complete business verification for my French company in Microsoft for Startups.

The verification form asks for a Business Registration Number, but when I select “Business Identification Number”, the portal requires the number to contain exactly 21 alphanumeric characters.

A French SIREN, which is the official company registration identifier, contains 9 digits, so it is impossible to submit the legitimate registration number.

I also do not have access to a dedicated “Get Program Support” option in the new Microsoft for Startups preview portal.

Could you please route this issue to the Microsoft for Startups Business Verification / Program Support team and enable manual verification of the company or correct the registration-number validation for France?

I can provide the official French company registration documents and SIREN privately to Microsoft if required.

Thank you.
