How to solve the problem of TPM not ready

我使用win+r输入tpm.msc显示TPM已就绪可以使用，但被我禁用的windows安全中心中的“安全处理器详细信息”显示“证明 未就绪”和“存储未就绪”

faceit的反作弊也说tpm未就绪

不过 我在之前使用了一些工具来禁用defender
