Hi Sally Chin,

I can understand why you're asking. If you paid an additional £10 for express delivery and the order took significantly longer than expected, it's reasonable to want that cost taken into account toward a future purchase.
That said, I must note that Microsoft Q&A is just a user-to-user forum, mainly focusing on technical issues. Contributors here cannot access orders, review shipping charges, issue credits, or approve compensation requests. Your best option is to contact Microsoft Support directly and request a review of the delivery charge:
- Refer to Contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support
- Use Microsoft Store Sale online support:
- Visit: https://www.microsoft.com/store
- Click the chat bubble at bottom-right corner
- Explain your issue and request for a credit option
- You can specify talking to a representative if you need.
- Or you can visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support and sign in:
- Type your problem > click Get Help to make request
- Click Contact Support at the bottom to connect to an agent
- Select
Billing...category > you should see a chat option.
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.
Realistically, if Microsoft determines that the express delivery service was not provided as promised, the usual resolution would more likely be a refund of the delivery charge rather than converting it into credit for a separate keyboard purchase. Any goodwill credit would be at Microsoft Store Support’s discretion.
