    Hello amy zufall

Thank you for reaching out and I'm so sorry to hear about the situation, before we proceed, have you had the chance to check Pavle Peković's comment yet? and may I also ask:

    • Do you have any subscription with Office 365? If yes do let me know the version (Personal, Family, Premium)
    • Is your account a personal or work/school account?
    • Which device is affected? (Windows PC, MacOS devices, mobile devices,..)

In the meantime, please check these settings:

    1. Check Teams notification settings:
      • Open Teams > Settings > Notification > Make sure banners, sounds, and notifications are enabled
    2. Check call settings:
      • Open Teams settings > Calls > Call handling and forwarding and make sure:
      • Call answering rules are not forwarding calls elsewhere.
      • Calls ring me is enabled.
      • No unexpected call forwarding or delegate settings are configured.
    3. Reset/Repair the app on Windows
      • Open Widows settings (Windows + I) > Apps > Installed apps > Look for Teams > Click the three-dot > advanced options > Repair, if issue persists, click Reset.
    4. Test with Teams on the web

Please do provide us with more information and try the steps above.
