    Hi @Vaughn Elara

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you would like to download the attendance reports for all occurrences of a recurring meeting, but currently only the report for the most recent meeting is visible.

After researching the issue, I found that there was a previous service incident related to attendance report availability. However, that incident has since been marked as resolved.

Since you are still experiencing the issue, I recommend contacting your IT administrator and asking them to open a support request through the Microsoft 365 admin center. This will allow the Microsoft support team to investigate your tenant-specific configuration and determine why the attendance reports for the earlier meeting occurrences are not available.

When submitting the support request, it would be helpful to include the meeting title, the dates of the missing occurrences, screenshots showing that only the latest report is visible, and confirmation that you are the meeting organizer or co-organizer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

For recurring meetings, Teams creates a unique attendance report for each instance of the series. Organizers and co-organizers can view and download those reports from the event chat about five minutes after each meeting ends.

    To get the reports:

    1. In Teams, select Chat.
    2. Open the past meeting or event chat for the specific occurrence.
    3. Select the Attendance tab.
    4. Select Download to save the report as a .csv file.

    Important limitations:

    • Only organizers and co-organizers can view and download attendance reports.
    • For recurring meetings, the report is per meeting occurrence, not one combined report for the whole series.
    • If only the latest report is visible, open the chat for the specific past occurrence rather than relying on the series view.
    • Co-organizers can only view and download reports from events scheduled in Teams, not Outlook.
