Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Thank you for sharing this suggestion.
Based on Microsoft’s currently documented Teams keyboard shortcuts, I could not find a dedicated keyboard shortcut for the Content Focus button. The official shortcut list includes controls for full-screen mode, zooming, resetting zoom, and panning shared content, but does not list a command for toggling Content Focus.
As a workaround, you can use the keyboard to navigate to the button:
- During the meeting, press the Tab key or Shift+Tab until the focus reaches Content Focus.
- Press Enter or Spacebar to activate it.
You can also press Ctrl+Period (.) in Teams to open the current list of available keyboard shortcuts. Microsoft documents this method for both the desktop and web apps.

A dedicated shortcut for Content Focus would be a useful accessibility and productivity improvement. You can submit the suggestion by raising recommendation in Feeback Portal.
