Artifact Signing org identity validation: new requests fail instantly with prior appeal text and no document upload after 3-attempt limit
Organization identity validation for Artifact Signing (account tkb-signing, West US 2) for Empire Innovations, LLC.
Request 663ac0df-6fa1-458e-992e-242522c88eed went through three document rounds. Formation documents, assignment letter, and domain ownership (whois) records were all accepted. The final Vetting Operations response asked only for a paid domain registration receipt showing domain, owner, registration date, duration, registrar, and an expiry at least two months out. The request moved to Failed before I could obtain a compliant document; the registrar's standard invoice lacked owner, term, and expiry.
I now have the registrar's domain record with all six fields (registrant is the LLC at the validated address) plus the paid receipt.
New requests 26389373-e220-4588-88ce-b5723822315d and 69d13c59-8a7b-459a-a42b-9ceb9688b5df, with identical org details, fail within seconds showing the original request's "In reviewing your appeal…" message and no document upload option (screenshot attached). The FAQ says the three-attempt limit ends onboarding.
Question: what is the supported way to submit this last document to Vetting Operations against the existing case, given the portal no longer exposes an upload? I'm happy to provide the documents through a private channel rather than posting them here.
