    Hi, @Dromo Nai

This message usually appears when the Xbox privacy or family settings on the Microsoft account are blocking multiplayer access.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Which game are you trying to play?
    2. Is the Microsoft/Xbox account an adult account or a child account in a Microsoft Family group?
    3. Are you getting this message in the Xbox app on Windows, or inside the game itself?

In the meantime, sign in here with the Microsoft account you use for gaming: https://www.xbox.com/user/settings/privacy-and-safety Check the Xbox privacy/online safety settings and make sure multiplayer access is allowed. If this is a child account, the family organizer may need to change the setting for you.
