Computer wont full screen

My computer wont stay in full screen for more than a few seconds. Even on apps such as netflix or youtube

    Does this problem occur only on websites in browsers, or in installed apps as well?

    Does the problem occur with downloaded videos when pressing F11 to switch to full-screen mode?

    Does the problem occur in games?
