Hi @Jolie
To narrow down the issue, please provide more information:
- Is your school Microsoft 365 account still active, but you can no longer access OneDrive? If you still have access to your school OneDrive but files were deleted or changed, have you tried restoring them from the OneDrive Recycle Bin? You can also try Microsoft's Restore your OneDrive feature.
- Or has your school email/account itself been disabled or deleted?
- Have you recently graduated, left the school, or had your enrollment status changed?
- When did you first notice that you could no longer access your OneDrive or files?
If your OneDrive was associated with a school account, the ability to recover your data depends on what happened to the account or the OneDrive.
If your school has disabled or removed your Microsoft 365 account, you will generally lose access to the associated OneDrive. The school's IT administrators would need to check the account status and determine whether the OneDrive can still be recovered.
If you graduated or left the institution, the school may have a retention policy that removes student accounts and OneDrive data after a certain period. If the deletion was recent, the school's IT department may still be able to restore the account or recover the data, depending on their retention settings.
Since this is a school-managed education account, I recommend contacting your school's IT administrator first. They can verify whether your account and OneDrive still exist and whether the data is within the school's retention or recovery period.
