Your screenshot indicates there is problem with the MediaTek Bluetooth card drivers.

The best option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to download and reinstall (not update) the version of MediaTek Bluetooth drivers they provide.

If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Since restarting no longer restores it, use this order of fixes for Windows 11:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Next to Bluetooth, select Run and complete the prompts.
    2. Turn off Energy Saver
In the quick settings panel, if Energy saver is on, turn it off. Power-saving can interfere with Bluetooth stability.
    3. Disable Bluetooth power saving in Device Manager
      • Open Device Manager
      • Expand Bluetooth
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter
      • Open Properties > Power Management
      • Clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
    4. Restart the Bluetooth service
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Type services.msc and select OK
      • Find Bluetooth Support Service
      • Right-click it and select Restart
    5. Update the Bluetooth driver
      • Open Device Manager
      • Expand Bluetooth
      • Right-click the adapter
      • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software
      • Restart the PC if prompted
    6. If the adapter keeps disappearing, uninstall and let Windows reinstall it
This is safe, but it temporarily removes the Bluetooth driver until Windows reinstalls it.
      • Open Device Manager
      • Expand Bluetooth
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device > Uninstall
      • Shut down the PC
      • Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on
      • If Windows does not reinstall it automatically, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes
    7. If Windows still cannot keep Bluetooth available, install the latest Bluetooth driver from the laptop manufacturer
Outdated or incompatible drivers are a common cause of Bluetooth disappearing.

If the Bluetooth icon disappears again after these steps, the most likely causes in the documented guidance are driver instability or power management.
