How to Redeem Code

If the request is for an exam voucher or redemption code for AB-730, the code is not generated after passing the exam.

For the Microsoft Credentials AI Challenge Sweepstakes, the voucher code is sent by email from MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE only to selected winners. To use it, the exam must be scheduled through Pearson VUE, and the code is entered at checkout under Add Voucher or Promo Code. The voucher is not a “Private Access Code.”

If the exam has already been passed, there is nothing further to redeem for that exam through the voucher flow.

If no voucher email was received, the documented checks are:

1. Confirm the required challenge and entry steps were completed.
2. Confirm a Microsoft Learn profile was used.
3. Check whether the contact email used in the Microsoft Learn profile matches the email address that received the voucher.
4. If selected as a winner, Pearson VUE sends the voucher code by email with redemption steps.

If the issue is specifically with redeeming a voucher during scheduling, the code appears at the final checkout stage on Pearson VUE under Add Voucher or Promo Code.
