A class representing a collection of RaiTopicResource and their operations. Each RaiTopicResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of CognitiveServicesAccountResource. To get a RaiTopicCollection instance call the GetRaiTopics method from an instance of CognitiveServicesAccountResource.
