Contact your Microsoft representative to request activation in your production environment based on your organization's timelines. Updated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation is available, including recommended test cases and validation steps to support deployment.
Verify EHR user linking
Description: This feature adds an extra layer of security by ensuring that each Dragon Copilot (nurses) user connects to the correct EHR identity. When you enable this feature in Dragon admin center, users complete a simple one‑time sign in to their EHR account from within Dragon Copilot. Dragon Copilot then compares the user's authenticated EHR identity with the mapping that the administrator configures.
If the identities match: The user can access only their own EHR originated sessions.
If they don't match: The user receives a notification prompting them to contact their administrator.
This safeguard reduces the risk of exposing sensitive clinical data to the wrong user and ensures Dragon Copilot is always connected to the correct clinical identity.
