Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork provides a commitment to store content of interactions (prompts and responses) at rest when a Tenant has a Default Geography in the following countries/regions:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, Norway, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States

Workspace files and custom skills are stored in OneDrive / SharePoint Embedded under the SharePoint/OneDrive data residency commitments.
