ArrayList 接受 null 為有效值,並允許重複元素。
若 Count 已等 Capacity於 ,則透過自動重新配置內部陣列, ArrayList 並先將現有元素複製到新陣列,然後再加入新元素。
若 Count 小於 Capacity,此方法即為 O(1) 運算。 若需增加容量以容納新元素,此方法即為 O(n) 運算,其中 n 為 Count。
