建立 DbFunctionExpression 一個，並呼叫標準的「GeometryPointFromText」函式，並附上指定的參數。 pointWellKnownText 必須有字串結果型別，而 coordinateSystemId 必須有整數數值結果型別。 表達式的結果類型為Edm.Geometry。
