Account has been hacked, another email and phone number was added for verifications. How do I get my account back?

    Hello Megan, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    If you have lost access to your account then please first contact your bank/credit card company to report it so they can stop any possible payments.

    After that please start an online chat with Support via https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us so they can open an Unauthorized Access Ticket for it.

    I tried that already. The phone number was changed to a different one and a different email was added as a backup so I can’t get into it. Thank you though
