    Hello,

Was this a purchase made via Apple Store on your MacOS or iOS (I see that you put this question in the iPhone/iPad category)? If so, you need to request it from Apple, not Microsoft, because the payment processed via Apple.

    Microsoft explains it here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...

Apple's refund request instruction is here: https://support.apple.com/118223

    Hi marva,
Thanks for reaching out to the community.

To better assist you, could you please confirm the type of Microsoft account you’re currently using (personal account or business account) and the subscription plan (e.g., Personal, Family, Business Standard, Business Premium, etc) associated with it? This information will help us determine the available support options, and any limitations that may apply to your account.

Would love to hear back from you should you require any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Warm regards,
