Collapse All feature missing in New Outlook

Will the Collapse All feature become available again in the New Outlook version? At present, we have to collapse each category one by one. Previously, you could double-click on any category and it would collapse all. This feature is a huge time saver in searching for emails sent or received.

Why did Outlook remove this feature?

Looking forward to hearing some awesome feedback on this, please!

(....and no, I don't want to revert to the old version of Outlook)

    Hi Thelma,

Not sure what you're referring to.

    I see this:

    User's image

Top 1 is Favorites, the next 2 are different e mail

accounts. The arrow shown opens each e mail

separately. That is the only thing I have to click

    to open or close.
