How to update my Legal name for Certifications?

@Edward Schlobohm01 @Henry-N I don't find any suitable product options for this legal name update process. Can you please help on this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft community. I understand you need to update your legal name for your certification, and I’d be happy to guide you through the process.

First, sign in to your Microsoft Learn account using the credentials linked to your certifications. Once you’re logged in, go to your profile settings by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner, then select Profile and Settings. If you see the option to edit your legal name, you can update it there.

If the name field isn’t editable, you’ll need to contact Certification Support. You can do this by visiting https://aka.ms/credentialssupport After signing in, choose Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credential, then fill out the form and submit a support ticket. Be sure to mention that you have an upcoming PL-900 exam and include a copy of your government-issued ID to speed up the process.

Once approved, changes usually appear within 24 hours. If your exam is in the next three business days, I recommend contacting Pearson VUE directly via phone or chat for immediate assistance while Microsoft processes your update.

2. Go to settings in your profile 

3. Follow instructions for updating your Legal Name 
4. If you see messaging asking you to contact Certification Support, please follow the link and file a ticket with our Credentials Support team.
