A Microsoft app for iOS and Android devices that enables authentication with two-factor verification, phone sign-in, and code generation
Unable to register new MFA with an work email in Android
At my company, we have Microsoft MFA enabled. New accounts can register their authentication methods using a PC browser or the Chrome browser on Android. However, when I try to add a new account on my Samsung Android device, the screen where the authentication method should be added stays blank and eventually shows a loading error. It seems to be related to an issue with Google Play Services, where the Android account is added.
The workaround I've found is to add the authentication method via the Chrome browser on Android and then add the account to the device, but this process is cumbersome and repetitive with all customers.
I am sending 3 video links testing MFA on corporate accounts. The first two are tests trying to add the accounts directly on Android (where we are experiencing issues), while the third video shows adding an account in the Chrome Browser on the same Android device (where no error is presented, and the authentication setup screen appears normally).
Please note that Android uses Google Play Services for this internal account setup, not the Chrome browser.
We have conducted various tests on all types of company accounts and on a wide range of devices, from the latest to older versions of the operating system.

The behavior in the third video should be the correct one, whereas the blank screen or error is our current reality, causing significant rework in the process.
Can anyone help resolve this issue?
