How can I change the time I receive a reminder in Planner?

I got a reminder 'You have tasks due today' at 22:11. I wonder if it's possible to set it so that the reminder comes in the morning instead?

    Dear @Angel Panizo (ESTAT),

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for your question. I understand why receiving the “You have tasks due today” reminder at 22:11 is not ideal if you prefer to see it in the morning.

As far as I know, Microsoft Planner does not currently allow you to change the default time for these system reminders. The digest notification is generated by the Microsoft 365 service and typically sent later in the day to highlight tasks that are still due.

You can Use Microsoft To Do reminders:

Select a task then Select Remind me and choose when you'll be reminded: later today, tomorrow, next week, or a date and time you pick..

Remind me selected with the option to choose Later today, Tomorrow, Next week or Pick a date & time

These reminders will appear in Teams and Outlook.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,
