    Hi Jacinta,

    Via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5240463/looks-like-this-invitation-link-is-not-working

    1. Sign in to the account that is sharing the subscription.
    2. Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/family/home
    3. You will usually see the same person listed twice — one active member and one pending invitation.
    4. Remove the existing/active family member entry (do not remove the pending invitation).
    5. Ask the recipient to accept the pending invitation using their own account.
    6. The invitation should now work correctly, and the user will reappear in the family group.
    7. After this, you may need to:
    8. Reconfigure Family Sharing settings in Windows.
    9. Sign out and sign back in to Microsoft desktop apps on the added user’s device.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with joining a Microsoft 365 Family subscription. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can resolve temporary issues.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help eliminate any corrupted data that might be causing the problem.
    3. Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try using a different web browser or device to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check for Service Outages: Occasionally, Microsoft services may experience outages. You can check the Microsoft service status page for any ongoing issues.
    5. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the problem you're facing with the subscription join process.
