Regarding the issue where several team members are unable to group buckets by Sprints or see the Sprints option within tasks, I’d like to ask a quick question to better understand your situation and help you more effectively:
What licenses are assigned to the affected team members?
If they are only using the basic Planner license, they may not have access to Planner Premium features such as Sprints. Could you try assigning them a Planner Premium (Project for the web)–included license and check if the issue persists?
