Thanks for reporting this. The message “Give us a little while to fix this - Something’s wrong on our side” should be a temporary error coming from Microsoft Family Safety/Family Link rather than a problem with your device or settings.
Unfortunately, in a public user‑to‑user forum, no one can check or fix issues on your Microsoft account or force a backend refresh. When this error persists for more than a short time, the only path forward is direct Microsoft Support, as they’re the only ones who can investigate account- or service‑side failures.
What you can do:
- Try accessing Family Safety from a different browser or device and sign in again to rule out local cache issues.
