Request for Refund – Accidental Charges in Pay-As-You-Go Subscription

I was using my Azure account under the Pay-As-You-Go model for learning purposes. As a learner, while exploring the services, I accidentally created a NAT resource, which led to unexpected charges. I was not fully aware of the billing implications at that time.

I have not intentionally used any paid resources beyond basic learning activities. I had already raised a refund request on 10th April, but I have not received any update yet.

I kindly request you to review my account usage and consider processing a refund.
