I've checked all my permissions in the settings app as well as the Edge settings. Everything is as it should be. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the microphone driver. I've tried everything. My microphone works fine on the Teams, Zoom, Discord, Voice Recorder, etc. apps but the moment I try to use any of that through Edge, it stops working. I can't understand what the issue is or how to fix it.

The Windows 11 "Reset this PC" option depends on which one you choose:
"Keep my files": This will delete software you installed yourself; personal files are usually retained. Pre-installed applications may be retained.

We have checked microphone permissions and the microphone driver. We have also tried different browsers, but the problem persists.
This may be caused by a system error. We suggest you go to Settings >> System >> Recovery and reset your computer.
See if that resolves the issue.
