    Dear @George Inglessis,

Good day, and thank you for clearly explaining your concern. I understand that you want to transfer your Titan account to Outlook, and I’m happy to help. From my research, the best method depends on what you mean by “transfer it to Outlook.”

    1. If you mean use Outlook as the email app

In that case, you usually do not need to move the mailbox itself. You can simply add the new Titan mailbox to Outlook using IMAP, and your existing emails should remain available because IMAP keeps the mailbox synchronized with the server. Outlook can add non-Microsoft email accounts, Titan can be configured in Outlook with IMAP, however, third-party email access must be enabled before Outlook can connect.

    1. If you mean move your mailbox into a Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox

Then the usual Outlook-based method is:

    1. Add the Titan account to Outlook.
    2. Add the new Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox to the same Outlook profile.
    3. Wait until all mail from Titan finishes syncing into Outlook. If you want to move mail from one account to another by using Outlook, you should first add both accounts and wait for all mail to appear.
    4. In classic Outlook for Windows, export the Titan mailbox to a.pst file using File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Export to a file > Outlook Data File (.pst).
    5. Then import that.pst file into the new Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox by using File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import from another program or file > Outlook Data File (.pst).

    Important notes

    • Full import of emails, contacts, and calendar items from a .pst file is not available in new Outlook at this time. To import into a mailbox using .pst, you need classic Outlook for Windows.
    • Outlook makes a copy when exporting to a .pst, so the export itself does not delete the original mail.
    • If you use an IMAP migration path, only email in folders is migrated; contacts, calendar items, and tasks are not included in that type of migration and would need separate handling.
    • It's recommends not deleting or modifying the old configuration immediately and keeping both configurations for a few days until you confirm everything has appeared correctly.

I hope this information is helpful and gives you a workable path forward. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments so I can continue to support you. I'm looking forward to your reply.

To move the Titan mailbox to Outlook without losing existing mail, use Outlook as a client to connect to Titan and then move or export the data into the Microsoft 365/Outlook account.

A supported high-level path based on the context is:

    1. Add the Microsoft 365/Outlook account in Outlook
      • In Outlook for Windows, go to File > Account info > Accounts > Your accounts.
      • Under Email accounts, select Add Account and add the Microsoft 365 mailbox that will be the new destination for mail.
      • Finish the sign-in so the Microsoft 365 mailbox appears in Outlook.
    2. Add the Titan mailbox in Outlook
      • Still in Accounts > Your accounts, select Add Account again.
      • Enter the Titan email address and complete the setup (Titan must support IMAP/POP; configuration details come from Titan/WordPress/HostGator).
      • After this, both mailboxes (Titan and Microsoft 365) should be visible in the Outlook folder list.
    3. Move or copy mail between accounts
      • In the Outlook folder list, expand the Titan account and the Microsoft 365 account.
      • For each folder in Titan that needs to be preserved, select the messages (or the whole folder if supported) and drag/copy them into the corresponding folder under the Microsoft 365 mailbox.
      • Wait for Outlook to finish syncing; messages copied into the Microsoft 365 mailbox will upload to Microsoft 365 servers and be available in Outlook on the web.
    4. Verify mail in Outlook on the web
      • Sign in to Outlook on the web for the Microsoft 365 account and confirm that the migrated folders and messages are present.

If Outlook is already configured and the Microsoft 365 account is the primary account, only steps 2–4 are needed.

If there is an existing Outlook data file (.pst) from a previous setup (for example, if Titan was previously configured in Outlook and exported), that .pst can be opened or imported into Outlook and then copied into the Microsoft 365 mailbox instead of re-downloading from Titan.
