Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. This could be an issue from the legacy Xbox Live integration that happen with the game (As I check it's quite old). So if the above method doesn't work. You can consider contacting Microsoft Support or Xbox Support for more insight of the server status. Thank you for your understanding.

If the only game that is affected is Lara Croft, that could mean the issue might lying with the compatibility or settings of the game.
