Waiting on Azure Support Request, how to get a response

I have opened a support request exactly 3 weeks ago with no answer at all in regard to a billing issue.

I have followed up on the open request 3 separate times, but it hasn't changed the severity of the case or triggered any responses.

I wish there was a phone # to call for my request and even wait for an hour to speak to someone. However, I am now resorting to submitting my question on the form.

What can I do at this point? I do not want to pay my invoice as I believe it is incorrect or needs to be altered, and now I am unable to use my services until they are paid for.

I am overall very frustrated and just want an answer.
