How do I log in to my college email, when I have lost access to the phone number linked to it?

I am being asked to log in using my college email account to use various services such as OneDrive, etc. However, in order to sign in, I am being asked to receive a text or a call to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I do not have a "Microsoft account" on that email address, as it is an institute mail id.

I am not getting any option for "I don't have any of these." or anything like that. I need to remove that phone number from the account.

How do I get my account?
