I am an adult who's account was set up by a work administrator and my birthday is incorrect. - This has been resolved.

Hi!

This forum is public and composed of users and moderators. No one has access to accounts on this forum.

Corporate accounts can only be modified by administrators. If the administrator has left the company, they must have left the access credentials or responsibility to someone in the department.

You should also speak with the manager or person in charge. In any case, you need access to the administrative panel.

Hi!

I was using this panel/forum per directions given by Microsoft Support, as they were unable to identify the issue or resolve it in any capacity. This is the result that they had provided in order to resolve the issue.

As for results, I had to remove the consent permissions and remove myself from the family plan. I then had to re-consent to another profile, get added to yet another family plan, and adjust the consent and age settings to my true date and not the date of employment.

All in all to say, Microsoft support was unhelpful and results may vary by organization.
